UGC and Social Media Brand Work

Hello!

Before you look at my brand work, here's a bit about my background with social media content.

I am a first generation 22 year old South Asian American woman with a passion for content creation on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. I have always loved posting on my Instagram and curating an "aesthetic feed" since I was 13; however, in college, I began doing gifted and commission based campaigns as a campus ambassador and with UGC brandwork.

 

This helped me discover my love for expressing myself creatively in my content while working with some of my favorite brands. As I did it more and more, I realized the level of self doubt I would sometimes experience while creating content. From this, I also realized how hard it was to develop a solid sense of self love growing up between the various pressures that came from living between two cultures.

 

As a result, I began posting new content about self love as an independent “brown” girl and building confidence, to be the representation I wish I saw growing up and also to document my own journey. I aim to help and inspire other young women with similar backgrounds as mine to own who they are and live life on their own terms. Additionally, I post about my favorite outfits, how I feel the most empowered, vlogs about my travel and daily life excursions, and lastly skincare and beauty go to's!
